00:00 I'm sitting at the computer and remembering that I have some bud lying around, so I decide to smoke it and go for a walk. I roll up a joint. Of course, on the one hand, that's a good thing. But objectively, I understand that it's not for my health, so I wouldn't think about quitting anytime soon.

The first thing I noticed was a change in my perception of reality: the world changed before my eyes, the picture became more jittery, as if the fps were 30 instead of 60. I started watching a movie and felt like I was hooked. After an hour and a half, the effects were manageable and calm, more like after-effects. They lasted for about 1:30, for a total of 3 hours, including after-effects.
