When I finished the tea, I started smoking a full cigarette.

The effect is like this: I'm grinning ear to ear again, I just want to lie on the couch and be left alone, I don't give a damn and just enjoy myself... I'm glued to the TV, all the sounds seem strange to me, I feel like I'm tumbleweed, I started watching football...
